Do you have OSX 10.3 support?
Safe Eyes is only available for OS X 10.4 and above. Previously to OSX 10.4 Apple did not support the network plug-in technology needed to make Safe Eyes possible. While we would love to make Safe Eyes available for OSX 10.3 we have a policy of only supporting operating systems that are supported by the operating system developer.
